Microsoft has announced Exchange Server 2010, which is expected to be generally available this year. For an organization, Exchange Server 2010 offers integrated archiving capabilities, new high-availability capabilities, and enhancements to simplify administration. From a user’s perspective, new features include a text preview of voice mail messages and “Mail Tips” that notify users about potential mistakes before they send an e-mail.
